Topic: Activity // Future

Alright guys this place is pretty much inactive apart from a couple of us visiting and making the odd comments.

People have spent time and money on this place and the servers etc.

We have the foundations here for a nice community, the website, forums, servers DoD & CSS, voice server are all still up.

I wanna know who wants to continue to be a part of Revelation.  Reply to this post stating if u want to stay aboard or if u are going to leave or if you are busy atm and are inactive. Whatever your situation I would appreciate it if you say it here.

I'll give this thread a week.  Whoever hasnt responded after a week will be considered to be out / inactive.

Definatly want to stay on board... and get the clan back to level where it belongs and where it was in the past... at the top regions!

I'm still interested at the moment, but i'm not sure how much longer i'll be around. I have plans next month and i might not be here after that.

i may vanish for a couple of months soon but i'm here till then and after. we've known each other for a while now (been about 7 years since i first melee'd alex) so we have a core of good friends, we all have many contacts spread across quite a few games and imo with a little work we could have a large community. one suggestion i have is to take on a wow guild. Most of the social guilds use a shitty template based forum that is very limited and i feel we have something to offer them. imo anything that's gets us an influx of forum users will help with the forum community and many of these people would play multiple games maybe helping our aim of multi-gaming. oh and spam the forums, talk films, music and computer games and we're bound to get some people talking.

I have my PC back (YAAY)

i'll get on steam in a few months when the updating is over wink
no i'm  finally here

basically the short version:

- pc crashed for more then a month
- 2 weeks ago i went to germany with school to learn german
- last week i was in Paris the whole time (which is a beautiful city btw)
- and now i'm still at home because i'm ill, i'm missing sportday or whatever you guys call that and i applied to go and ski indoor somewhere over the border in holland.

Never thought i'd say this but i think right now would be a good time to pull the plug. This community is virtually dead. I checked on the dod server and well.. it seems to have locked up some days ago and needed a reboot... and i've been doing this on a regulare base for the last couple of months. No players reporting this, only the bots coming back online.. no new users registrating on the site, no new posts, ... ... ...

Think we should wait until Sam is back to make a decision, but i'm also ready to put some more effort in it..

I would like to keep up the playing, but i just dont think we will get the community bigger unless we buy a server or two in other games then DOD, as for me seems dead. But that is also because i dont find it funny to play public there anymore.

I only think we are about 8 ppl? And Mario have only wrote ones on the forum i think. Rest is just ppl there have played here before, and ones or twice comes around and say hey.

me and benj ordered our net today, i should be back and able to play within a week. benj has sold his pc and is now on a mac lappy so he won't be playing but will prolly still check in on here

well that's today, got my last exam bout 8 hours ago and now i'm finally freeee!
well I can say 3 things

1. I have 3 months of vacation (w00pie)

now, I'm ready to start playing a little or way more and get active!
